I bought a medium (normal S or M) and it fits perfect for work. Unlike a review below mine, the arm holes were snug but not uncomfortable!! I even wore white underneath and you couldn’t see it. Great for a chem teacher!!

Cute pattern, but the fabric has absolutely zero flex. So, unless it fits you like a glove, you'll feel like you were stuffed into a casing or like you're swimming in a starchy sea of bow tie. Also, the cut for the arms goes entirely too low. Too professional a shirt for any peekaboob.
